How do I check on the status of my order and track my order?
Sign in, click on My Account, hover over Order and click on Order Status. You will be able to view the status of your order and your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How can I tell if an item is in stock?
Enter the SKU number or description in the search bar, once on the product detail page, look for “Availability”. This availability status will tell you if the item is In Stock or Out of Stock. You can also sort categories by products that are only in-stock.
How long does it take for restocked items to arrive?
If an item is Out of Stock and we are aware of the estimated restock date, you will see the date noted under the availability status (“Availability”). If an item is sold out and will not be re-ordered it will no longer appear on the website.
How can I change an existing order?

How do I calculate the shipping and handling for my order?
Shipping will be calculated at the time of shipment. All orders will be shipped FedEx Ground Service unless otherwise noted in the Order Notes. Shipping rates are based on weight, box size and delivery location.

How do I update my account information?
